From pick up at 10:30 am, didn't have my truck sent me to a dealer (gas station on 76th and Pecos) ... just stop there if you rent a Uhal and they send you to a dealer!!! ... then it broke down, then the movers I hired were getting paid for lost time, then I was told to pick it up from 3 different people at a location that wouldn't give me a truck, then finally back in the road at 6pm to get the rest of my stuff, hire more movers, deliver truck to where I picked up the second one, get a call at 6:30 in the morning because I need to take the truck back to the dealer.

Jeanette RI marked the truck as clean at check in, but it wasn't. I didn't look in the bay. It was very dirty when we got it.
Lisa ZAfter arriving at the site, had to do everything over the phone. It worked, but I did not care for doing it that way. The vehicle was parked in such a way that it was dangerous to drive the vehicle off the site. Had to back out into a busy parking lot with limited visibility.
David DFirst off, I never signed my contract but my initials were present. I DON'T appreciate my signature being forged! Next, the location was very seedy, and we picked up in a liquor store/ convenience store. We had to go back and forth between the two, it was very suspect. The forgery of my initials is absolutely appalling and this staff needs to be investigated.
