Send people to real stores and not gas stations

I would recommend but staff, need a bit more training as we had to go to a 2nd location to get registered then drive back to pick vehicle from the original location

The first gentleman I delt with could not print me a contract, he told me to "take a picture of the truck for your records" Upon returning the truck that evening, the gentleman at the same location (7590 Pecos) told me he does not know how to return U-Hauls so he would call someone else. He then came back in the store and lied to me saying that his "system was down so I need to go up the street to another location" I went to the other location and the gentleman there asks for my contract. I did not have one because of the first gentleman I dealt with. This third clerk was about to tell me to drive back to the other location because that's where I picked it up from. The third gentleman eventually helped me return the truck. Overall I had an extremely poor experience. I'm all for the convenience of offering U-Haul's at gas stations. But there does seem to be some disconnect with the clerks there how how to operate the U- Haul system.
