I was told to drop off the u-haul at one location (by email) and when I did, I received a call from u-haul being told I dropped it off at the wrong location despite them mentioning that they gave me the wrong address. I also asked for two furniture trolleys that I never got.

Failed to inform me that the truck had to be returned to the same location I received it.
Christian GThe location and employee lied about my drop off time in order to charge me a 2nd day. Fortunately, I had taken pictures of the truck at drop off and a video of myself dropping the keys. Literal thieves.
Ryan HCouldn’t do anything at location. Everything has to be done on app. The truck was not taking care of maintenance wise. It needed a complete overhaul. It definitely needed a wheel alignment and a new battery. Who knows what else. My friends were driving behind me. If they hadn’t known me, they would have thought I was driving drunk. That’s how bad the alignment was. The truck had difficulty starting several times. One point it wouldn’t start. We had to jump start it. After that jump we had to keep the truck running while we were loading & unloading. What a waste of expensive gas. Thank Goodness I had filled the tank when I first got the truck which only had not even a quarter of a tank. When I brought the truck back and I told him of all the issues he was like ok and was concerned about proof I put gas in truck. I told him that truck has way more gas in then what you left me with in the truck when you gave it to me. Your pump didn’t give me a receipt. I would be more worry about the safety of the next driver of that truck. Will never use this location or use UHaul again.
Patti TRadio didn’t work. Right mirror was loose and would work down until unusable. Left mirror was fixed and unadjustable. Had to lean forward to use.
