Bob vThe mobile app often glitches during returns. This time it asked me questions and I filled them out three times before it would finally continue to the next page, and I'm guessing one of the questions was whether the vehicle was clean, because it charged me a cleaning fee. However, I was able to easily use the chat feature later and ask for a refund, which they promptly gave me, with excellent service.
