Keith NBrandon was an excellent representative to deal with. We had a spur of the moment need and were lucky enough to get just the truck we needed, especially since it was in the Memorial Day weekend. If he hadn’t been able to accommodate us, he was already thinking of other areas to explore. When we had trouble with the app at turn-in, he again went the extra mile to help us out on the Sunday evening of the holiday. U-Haul has always come through for us and we’d highly recommend this facility and staff.
