Mary DBrandon was very helpful with my rental and the van worked out great.
David HUnit as dirty when I picked it up with debris in side a liquid or chemical smell that I needed to clean out. I was unable to view the inside as the trailer as tight to something so the gate wouldn't go down. I called within 10 minutes and left a message for them to call me back and note it in my rental. They never called me back. I had to call back and he had a difficult time telling me how I would get a $25 credit off my bill. He had no problem telling me the many ways it wasn't their fault and someone else delivered them the trailer and a few other excuses. Still no credit off my bill. Pretty frustrating.
