Noone at the location for drop-off on a Friday at 5:15pm. I did the mobile drop-off. It seemed ok, but there was no explanation of the $16.62 charge. Had I known it was for fuel, I would have disputed the charge.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSomeone from u haul not the people at the pickup location called me the day before pickup and lied to me about not having a 15 ft truck available in my area. And wanted me to use a 10 ft truck instead I went and talked with The people that I made the reservation for a 15 ft truck with. They assured me they had a 15 ft truck and I would have it like my reservation said. They assured me called U-Haul and straighten things out. As you can see I rent a U-Haul truck every year and this summer twice I was very disappointed in u haul trying to put me in a smaller truck then the one I reserved just so they could rent the one I reserved to someone else. Will probably use one of the other rental companies in the future Bad business choices U-Haul
