The store was closed but there was no indication that they would be closed (either online or even at the location). I get that they took July 3 off for the holiday weekend, but it would have been good to know that. I would have booked for July 1 or 2. There was not even a sign on the door saying they were closed. I just thought they were running very late. I planned to be there on a day when the store was manned because WiFi is very weak in that part of Derby and it takes forever to sign up online and go through the photos and everything else to get the keys. Wish they told customers when they are open and not open. I only "recommend" them because there is no one else nearby. *Another thing was that the online sign in charged me for my ballpark estimate of 40 miles. It was just an estimate and I did not actually have that much mileage on it. Good thing I did not estimate more miles. Not a good experience this time around.
