Immediately cursed out by the staff saying that this isn’t the drop off location and that he would throw the key away. Repeatedly saying he “doesn’t care”. Then refused to give me contact information for someone who “does care” …. Trash location, trash employee.
NIA BWasted my time, poor service, i did the process online, so i dont have to take to much time, when i got there, the worker there told me, couldnt rent the truck cause it wasnt his truck, so i had to call another phone number to explain what happened, i ended up renting a truck however i had to drop it off somewhere else, big mess and waste of time
