STEVEN MThe gentleman that handled the contract was kind and helpful. But, the truck itself was incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. It smelled awful. I had ordered a rental of 6 furniture pads and I did not get those. When I asked for them, I was told that this location did not have those. So, I paid for them and did not get them. I have used U-Haul several times, with very good service, trucks and results. This location is poorly maintained. The job got done at the end of the day, but that is not just what I paid for.
