excellent customer service
KAY SManagement had poor customer service on phone call, quickly changed their tone in person. They were helpful but that interaction paired with the mouse feces and the weird human jaw on the floor was what did it for me. Tank was marked higher than it was.
HARAN AI had a Wonderful experience! The staff was very helpful. The truck was new & clean! It was a success move thanks to Uhual.
ALYSSA AThe manager korey was great. He explained the rental agreement and there was no hidden charges. The truck was clean and the AC was awesome. Especially being out here in the desert AC is a must. I would recommend anyone that needed to rent a U-Haul to rent it from Desert self storage.
