I had a confirmed reservation for a 15' truck, one way. When I arrived I was told that no 15' on way truck was available, only in town. If I wanted one way, the only option was a 26' truck. So with plans already made and no other options I was forced to swallow the extra $100 to take the bigger truck. What is the point of reserving ahead of time if the reservation isn't honored?

Jerry TThe passenger door would not open from the outside. The lock for key on outside was punched out. Driver had to reach over and open passenger door. Ordered dolly and wheeled movers for moving heavier material. None were available at time of rental.
Ron TThe dolly I had ordered and was confirmed with UHaul as available the previous day was not available at time of pickup. At first another dolly was available but then when it came time to leave it wasn’t. The person who checked me out kept stopping our interaction to help at least three other customers, making the time there much longer than it should have been. That is also after UHaul changed the pickup location from one ten minutes away to this one, which was 30 minutes away. Overall making a moving day more stressful than it should have been.
