I’ve used the same auto transport trailer three times in the past I’ve taken it to Las Vegas and back. I’ve taken it to Flagstaff and back and yesterday I took it to Tucson and back. I’ve never had an issue with you all equipment. Thank you to the company and the U-Haul employees for having great equipment and doing awesome job jobs.

DANAE RWell, it had nothing to do with the store employees. I checked in with my iPhone, the employee helped me get the keys, found the truck, but the app would take any of the pics that I took. Once again the employee helped me out by having me just take them with my camera. The only problem is that you have not finished the pick up without this step. It all worked out in the end. This is the 2nd time that I have used this location for a rental. They earn 5 STARS!
