You could train your staff to give the correct information of cost of a rental. We rented a motorcycle trailer told cost would be 29.95 if we were to have it for 24 hrs. I asked if the cost would be lower if we returned it the same day as we picked it up. We were told yes. So we returned the trailer the same day as we got it. We had it for approximately 4hrs and 45min. We also was not informed of the $8. coverage fee. So to say our total cost was $40.12. When I called regarding the cost Trenton said I was given the wrong information. So pretty much it is what it is. This shop is located in Diamond Springs Ca. We will no longer do business with them .
