Bryon BThe personnell were nice and the facility was clean. The truck had dusty windows and NO air pressure in the rear inside tire. When I refueled the truck gasoline flowed out of the top of the tank out of my view all over the hot exhaust system onto the ground and into a storm drain. I was across the lot trying to figure-out how to pay for air for the tire. When I noticed fuel pouring from under the truck, several gallons had spilled. Subsequently, U-Haul customer service did provide me with a discount for the issues.

Brian EYou could train your staff to give the correct information of cost of a rental. We rented a motorcycle trailer told cost would be 29.95 if we were to have it for 24 hrs. I asked if the cost would be lower if we returned it the same day as we picked it up. We were told yes. So we returned the trailer the same day as we got it. We had it for approximately 4hrs and 45min. We also was not informed of the $8. coverage fee. So to say our total cost was $40.12. When I called regarding the cost Trenton said I was given the wrong information. So pretty much it is what it is. This shop is located in Diamond Springs Ca. We will no longer do business with them . Craig MHad em issues reserving online. Had to call customer service and by then , couldn't find a smaller truck. Then when I went to pick up trailer in diamond springs, that's where the terrible customer service existed. Someone who didn't know the system, helped others when I was first and spent and hour and a half talking to a customer that was his friend and wasting my time even though I was first. At the end, he was frustrated with his incompetence and starting slamming I'd and papers on the desk giving attitude and anger.. how could you put that type of person at the desk!!
Wais AAir conditioning in the truck did not work. And we ordered moving blankets but did not receive them because we picked up the truck before opening. I communicated with the store at two different points and was never told that getting the blankets would not be possible.

CHRISTOPHER PSlow pickup. The agent typed with one or two fingers and took so much time. He did not explain anything. Not contracts will be emailed to me. I knew nothing about the proceedure. He gave me the keys and said to go out and find the truck. We didn't go over the assistance or cleanliness of truck. When i got to my location to load, the truck was filthy. Dirt! Like dried mud!! Feathers, papers, trash. I was very disappointed!

ROD BThe first location that they suggested my drop off was horrible. I drove out to drop off the truck and the place was so bad I did not feel comfortable leaving the truck so we drove back home. In the morning I called U-Haul and requested another drop off location which was access storage and it was so much better and they were very helpful.

Loween A | Overall ExperienceThe employees at Access Storage are amazing, very helpful, friendly and kind. Their facility was always clean, secure, temperature controlled, and had whatever other items were needed for help with moving. Unfortunately the lighting was not working on our storage row for a few months, which made it hard to see. Also, it was very hard to get a hold of someone there by phone to confirm if they were opened or closed. One time we drove out there during business hours and they were closed. Also, when we booked our Uhaul there, it was automatically rescheduled to a different location. So, that made it challenging to get our stuff when we wanted it. But, we understand things can not always be perfect, and over all, we were very satisfied with Access Storage. Two thumbs up.
