The rental had cat hair, crumbs and smelled like cat inside. The service at the pick up location was great.

WILLIS SWas very helpful in hooking up car hauler and making sure everything worked. Trailer pulled very good and the braking system was excellent. No grabbing of brakes or failure to work. Would have felt better had the car hauler been about 2' longer.
