When I checked the app to see if a trailer was available it listed as not at the location. When I searched nearby it said the trailer was available so I scheduled it. Sadly a couple of days later I got a call from u haul telling me it was not available even though the app showed it was.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy biggest concern with UHaul is I have now lost my rental "reservation" twice this summer, and that does not set well with me. You folks are great at taking reservations, but you don't know how to hold the reservation... and that's the most important part (the holding)! A reservation is supposed to keep the rental there! Hotels and restaurants do this very well. You folks would benefit from their model. That said, the people at your UHAUL locations are great to work with. Please seek a solution to improve customer service, however!
