My biggest concern with UHaul is I have now lost my rental "reservation" twice this summer, and that does not set well with me. You folks are great at taking reservations, but you don't know how to hold the reservation... and that's the most important part (the holding)! A reservation is supposed to keep the rental there! Hotels and restaurants do this very well. You folks would benefit from their model. That said, the people at your UHAUL locations are great to work with. Please seek a solution to improve customer service, however!

Nellie OInside of truck cab still had leftover food items and trash.
JAMES ADid not receive vehicle on time which was not Penzoils fault. Alignment was needed on front tires and pulled to the left on interstate, was extremely dangerous . Check engine light was on when I entered vehicle. Door seal was damaged and door also did not shut properly, it was freezing in the truck. Extremely expensive for poor quality truck.
