Equipment was caked and covered with thick mud and i had to take more of my time to wash it before returning it

Mark E.Nothing to do with this pickup site but Uhaul in general--its frustrating when a reservation isn't kept and you have to fuss around at the last minute trying to get a truck.

Ruben O.My pickup location got switched. Not convenient. The lights in the trailer flickered with bumps going down the road. The back roll up door fell off the track when opening the door all the way.
