I dropped off after business hours so I didn’t interact with anyone at the location but it was very easy to drop off and leave key!

I had trouble finding the U-Haul office. They’re definitely needs to be signage so access is more easily determined. I asked a lady who was cooking food to help me find the office. Would not take much to make this much more convenient to customers.
cristy ROccasionally check in on the website to make sure availability was accurate. I logged in as a guest user and no tow trailers showed available. They suddenly became available after I downloaded the app
