I had trouble finding the U-Haul office. They’re definitely needs to be signage so access is more easily determined. I asked a lady who was cooking food to help me find the office. Would not take much to make this much more convenient to customers.

Occasionally check in on the website to make sure availability was accurate. I logged in as a guest user and no tow trailers showed available. They suddenly became available after I downloaded the app

Michael Othis location was closed when i picked up my rental on a saturday, so do not expect any help or asking any questions- but accessing the truck and all that was fairly easy on the app, once i figured out what to do.
