It said it was open but no one was there. It was behind a gate and I had to call a number to get the gate open. They let me in but they did not work for uhaul. They said if I couldn't find anyone to call back and they would try to find someone. There was a guy in the warehouse but he also didn't work for uhaul but he called the guy who did and he told him to take our keys and put them in his desk. So we left the truck there and gave our keys to the guy.
