I was charged $40 dollars more for going over my mileage, after I had to drive an hour from where I wanted to pick-up the truck. I reserved the truck in Garden City, Kansas and was notified I had to drive an hour east to Dodge City to get the vehicle. I then drove the truck from Dodge City to Lakin Kansas (an hour and half back west) then drove to Lawrence. When I turned the vehicle in on July 5th, the employee charged me a dollar per mile for a total of $40. I do not think this is fair or good business practice as your vehicle was not in the location of Garden City where I originally rented it and due to it being in Dodge City, this caused me to go over my mileage by the 40 miles. Please refund my $40 dollars as I completed my end of the rental agreement and you charged me for your lack of ability to get the truck to Garden City and charged me for it in the end run. Not a good business practice.
