This gentleman made great service recovery. I was having issues with the online app turning the truck in and even though that wasn’t his specialty (he was also having issues) the level of professionalism that made had. He didn’t let the issues he was having with the app affect his customer service. Very friendly even shook my hand which surprising very rare these days after the pandemic.
