The Location i booked my truck at did not leave the keys,i had to drive 45 miles out my way and obviously incurred a $90+ expense(45miles each way multiplied by the mile fee). This is not acceptable

KARINA GThe young lady that was there was patient and ensured I knew what to do because my drop off location was wrong. She couldn’t return the truck in her system. She gave me the right number to call for assistance. I was there for at least 45 min. Though I was frustrated with the overall process she was very pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this location as drop off because there is limited space.
APRIL SThis timing for the return did not involve any personnel, but the available parking spot was as fantastic and easy use for drop off with easy to find key return. Thank you for having an open parking space for our rental truck.
