Great service no line easy pickup easy return. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and got me in and out in less than 5 minutes!! Will certainly be coming here now for all my rental needs instead of the location on jimmy Carter blvd!!

Uhaul as a company is incredibly cheap, particularly as applies to technology and labor. Your website and app both misbehave like it's their job. I had to make my reservation online 3 different times to get all of the equipment I wanted. The app made me re-enter information at least 3 different times while trying to drop off. The truck itself needs its rear passenger side TPMS sensor checked, because it's showing low pressure when the tire is more than adequately aired. But Pleasantdale Storage was great, the gentleman was very friendly and apologetic that I had to wait while he went out for lunch. The equipment was in much better condition than the stereotype, but it was also fairly new with only about 10k miles on it. Good place to rent from at least, I would use them again.
