5x8 was returned on New Years Day- place was closed and gate to enter parking/dropoff area was chained and pad locked. 5x8 was parked along side of gate with hitch facing out for easy access. If return on a holiday and return is gated allow return on next day open.

This location was very unprofessional. The manager was disrespectful. The truck was very dirty. There was a pile of change left in the back. Dirt and debris left all over the back. When confronted, I was told they are not required to spend hours cleaning and disinfecting. All they have to do is make sure it is empty. He told me that I was just leave the truck and not get it if I didn't want to clean it to my own satisfaction.

Prices are too high. Spent over $150 total for a 1 day rental and only drove 70 miles. Should have went with Penske.
