How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing! Everything was great and smooth
ROBERT BAlthough the lady at the front desk assisted us in loading my vehicle. Her rude attitude and not telling me about the trailer equipment could have caused a major accident. At one point, one of my tie straps came off my vehicle wheels and caused my car to bounce 4 inches. Her attitude towards other customers we rude and disrespectful. She didn't even confirm we had running lights so we had to waste 2 hours calling roadside assistance because they weren't working and we couldn't drive at night. All she checked for was brakes and turn signals. She acted like she couldn't be bothered. P
Kara BThe problem I had was the auto hauler was not at the closer location I chose. I had to take more time to get the hauler the day of the move. And why should something hauling heavy stuff not have a 7 pin connection like most trucks are going to have that can pull it? Now I have to buy an adapter too.
