Staff was surly.
Andy FParking lot was full of large holes. Truck was filthy and smelled of stale cigarettes. The truck should be retired as its tailpipe is hanging, front bumper is hanging off, all around a huge disappointment. If I wasn’t under time constraints I wouldn’t have even taken it and cancelled.
Kelly CThis location needs to do nothing more than their usual. They were nice and courteous to me and the process was quick and easy. I would go back and/or recommend this location to family and friends.
DARIN RThis location has lots of U-Haul trucks and trailers. Unit rented had previously been used for trip to landfill and had not been cleaned by previous user or U-Haul. Took over 20 Minutes to clean since we were hauling high end furniture.
