Although the men that helped us get this rental, it had water bottles all over the cab, the arm rest was missing on the passenger side. And it was a lot more expensive than the $19.95 advertised. It was $79.08 when we returned it with a full tank of gas.

I currently now have roaches from how disgusting this truck was. They were hiding all over the place now. I’m finding them all over my brand new apartment. Now I have to pay to get an exterminator to take care of a problem that U-Haul calls.

PAUL TWe had reserved a 26' truck since the 20' wasn't available, but when we realized how big that truck was, the staff was super helpful in switching us to a 15' that wasn't even listed on the site. They were very friendly and personable and helped make a stressful move a lot easier. The smaller truck fit almost all the furniture and boxes we needed to move, so we only needed to make 2 trips. Highly recommend this location after renting trucks 3 or 4 times from them.
