The representative was alittle condescending when explaining that I the customer was responsible for both any damage as a result of an accident illregardless if it where my Fault or not along with telling me that I was responsible for Filling the Gas Tank upon my arrival at my destination.

CURTIS TI didn't like that your website allowed me to book a truck at a specific location that wasn't available at that location. Then, you website changed the location to where one was available without letting me know. You shouldn't allow the selection and you should definitely send a text or email about the location change.
