The gentleman that helped me was not friendly. Hooked me up and said I was good only to have the trailer fall off my hitch before I left the lot. The. Got to my house and the emergency brake locked up. Took over an hit for assistance. The assistance company was great. The. Was given a return location only to be denied when I got there and had to go 25 minutes out of my way to return it. It was a horrible experience in all.

TRISTAN SIts neither locations fault whatsoever but, I made an appointment to pick the auto transport in Harrington, DE. Thankfully I checked the email that had my receipt and noticed it showed a different pickup location and called to verify everything. Corporate didn't send an email, text, call or anything informing me about the issue. Again, its not either locations fault, this is a corporate issue.
