The person was in charge of the equipment. It was really rude at the drop off time. He wanted to charge me an other day because I passed 15 minutes after the hour I supposed to drop the trailer. I explained him what was my reason I was coming back from work and I got stuck in traffic and it seems like he don't care. He just told me he was gonna be build me another BOL for additional $49 for the rental because I pass 15 minutes and I consider it an other day. A rental even I drop the trailer on the same day. I don't recommend this place and I don't ever rent another equipment for this place.
