It would be helpful to have someone run through opening and closing the back and that you need to provide your own padlock.

when i arrived at my original pickup location there was no one at the office. i arrived on time (11 a.m.) the office was supposed to be open until 2 p.m. we tried calling the number with no response. after several tries, i was finally able to reach someone from uhaul at the 800 number . it cost me and my workers over an hour to resolve the issue. i was also billed more than i was told and i did confirm what the total amount would be.
