I won't recommend U-haul to a friend anymore. Pick up location was fine. But U-haul it's self is the problem.

Truck was 15 minutes late, even after I moved the time back from 6am to 7am. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no response
William VSuper friendly and helpful. I was late returning the truck but was treated nicely anyway.
ARMAND MPaid for an extra dolly. Only received the one that comes on the truck.
SHAKIRA PCould provide information on the hitch size and electrical connections of the trailers. It sucks showing up and finding out you have the wrong plug. No fault of this location, they had a solution.
