This is the second U-Haul rental in 6 months where the equipment was not up to par maintenance wise. Ac didn’t work , incessant rattle under passenger compartment, and suspension/shocks needed work. Had I not been doing a short local run I would have been really pissed. I pay full price but get shitty equipment. How about a partial refund no ac in 95 deg weather. The location and people at it were really nice and professional just up your maintenance game

Teobaldo CI was charged 2 rental days when I had it less than 2 days I would either like a truck for another day or a refund for the day that I didn’t use rental.
