We booked pick up for a uhaul dealer that was open in Dublin GA on Saturday and uhaul moved us to dealer location that was NOT open on Saturday. Had to use their app to complete pick up. The truck did not have the furniture pads we requested for our move and no one available to assist us with obtaining them. We have always had great customer service with uhaul during many rentals in the past. This experience was disappointing.

FRANCO HThe pick up location was not good. Literally down a dirt road in a trailer park. It did not feel very secure. When I picked up the keys from the lock box, it was not locked.
