Dropped in to ask about the truck pick up a few days before to ensure everything was OK and to ask a few questions. Attendant was rude and said that it was on-line only and he would not help me. To further aggravate the situation, when I received my invoice, I was charged a $20.00 "after hours return' charge. Why is this charge being made? The agent had, according to him, nothing to do with my rental as it was on-line only. I have asked for this to be refunded. I then received a call from U-Haul the night before I was to pick the truck up to tell me the truck was unavailable. There was the same size truck available but the location was no close. I settled on a smaller truck which resulted in a lot more work on our end.
