Patty GTried to do the mobile sign in on the app. Got to the page where it asks if you have the keys or not and it never gave me a code to open any of the lockboxes so I had to wait for them to open. The man helping me opened all the lock boxes and no keys were inside. The key was behind the counter all along…There was no dolly or the furniture pads that I ordered and there was barely any gas in the tank.

GARTH RThis place is great for in person U-Haul rentals, easy to deal with and in and out quickly. No app to deal with, which is good as I couldn't get it to work on my 3 year old android phone anyways.
