Sharon EI had to have my trailer back at 7:15am. The location doesn’t even open until 10am. I called u-gss as up and I was asked if I had the app. If not, at 10am I’d be charged for an additional day. Nice. So I went and got the app, took the pictures and got it done. I hope. Understand also I had only a vague idea of where the return facility was located. I only turned in because I saw u-haul equipment by the highway. I couldn’t see the facility signage until I was into the return lot. A stressful return ending at a busy highway location.
