Pick and drop off were seamless and professional
Adam KNext time I would use a U-Haul center and not a quick stop.
Donald STruck was surrounded by snow- some parts over two feet deep. Proprietor refused to shovel the back tires out so that the truck could exit the space. He rudely tild me to cancel the request because he wasn’t going to shovel it out- flippant and angry tone. We shoveled the back of the truck out, as we had a committed appointment. Truck had garbage inside as well. The most negative experience with a UHaul franchise I have had in my many experiences.
