We reserved out truck and everything was ready to go when we arrived. The truck was clean and in excellent condition. No hidden fees. We dropped the truck off in a couple hours. This was better than having a friend use their truck. Great company.
Gwendolyn MContinue to do what you’re doing. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. I initially made a reservation at site that doesn’t have an onsite agent. I left there and at the recommendation of a friend I stopped at your site on Cornwallis Road. That’s where Shelby and Shaquandra assisted me even though that site doesn’t offer U-Haul. They made me a new reservation at a sister location and made sure I knew where I was going. As a person who’s been in customer service over 30 years and in today’s time it was a breath of fresh air to encounter such service. Thank you lady’s for turn a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Five star plus. Oh forgot to mention the young lady that checked me in at the new location was outstanding as well. Pleasant and welcoming attitude.
TORIE SMy truck was not ready and they did not have any of the supplies I reserved with my U-Haul. My U-Haul pick up took longer than expected which made my moving stressful as I needed to meet my movers at a certain time. Since they had nothing prepared, picking up my truck took 30 minutes of my time that I did not have. I was told when I drop off, to tell the other location about my missing items I rented with my truck and they were not even aware of that happening and told me there was nothing that could do about it. I had to contact customer service to get my refund. Renting from this location was the worst experience I’ve had renting a U-Haul and I would never rent from here again.
Angel CI actually really loved this self service. It was super easy to figure out and follow.
