The back of the truck was dirty. No space for parking your everyday car. Attendant was late. No mobile checkout. Other than that, it was okay.

Mike ELocation was confirmed during pick-up. But, when I arrived they told me they would "not accept" the drop-off. So, now I'm having to figure out where else I can drop-off the equipment, on a holiday with most locations closed, and I was in a city I was not familiar with. In addition to additional time spent, and it was very late with a 3-hour drive home waiting, I also had to spend more on gas and put additional miles on the truck to drive to second location. This is not acceptable. I would hope an appropriate refund will be processed back to my original form of payment. Thank you.
