Allow for comments in the return equipment process. I needed a space to share that I could only fill the gas tank with two gallons of gas before the pump would automatically shut off and not allow me to pump any more gas into it.

I tried to explain to the man that I was not late dropping it off because I didn’t pick up the truck until late I was just told I had to pay for it before they closed but I didn’t actually get the truck at the time that was stated

JAMAAL Npick-up experience was great. great associate at the shop, thank you! the inside of the truck was clean but the outside was a little muddy, simply from recent weather and location. not sure why i was charged a $25 cleaning fee after drop-off when it was empty and my movers took everything out, unless i was being charged for the exterior mud? truck was on dry roads only. i’ve never been charged that before.
