My reservation was for 8:30 am pickup. Originally my appointment was scheduled at a different location and U-Haul moved my appointment to this one ensuring me everything would be fine. I called the new location to make sure they had everything and was assured they did. When I arrived to pick up the truck, No one was at the facility. When I called the number (office and cell) of the location (provided by u-Haul) no one was picking up the phone. I had to take an uber to the location to pick up the truck. I was dropped off and had to wait outside where it was 30 degree. When I did finally reach the worker, he seemed put off that I was there. Once he arrived at 9:10 am we discovered he couldn’t fulfill my full order (no utility dolly or furniture blankets). The truck itself was fine except it was dirty (inside and out) the windshield had dried dirt from sitting under trees. When I went to use the windshield washer and wipers I found the truck didn’t have any windshield fluid. On another note, I had a nice woman from U-Haul try to find another location and none were open before 9:30 am I explained to her that would mean I need to wait longer and get another Uber to that location. She offered to credit my account but I haven’t been told that was finalized. I ultimately feel like no one at U-Haul cares about my experience. This was said as much by the man who rented me the truck.

Very professional
SHAREVA PI have no suggestions for an improvement at this location. The customer service was very professional and friendly and courteous. I will use U-Haul again based on my experience with this location.
MILIA RI scheduled a pick-up/drop-off after hours. I requested a dozen furniture blankets, but they were no where to be found. I disputed the charge, there was no response. I was charged for the blankets anyways. Poor communication.
Robert GThe location was closed when I arrived--an hour before they were supposed to close. I was told I needed to download the Uhaul app, which would not register the contact information I entered, as required for pickup. I had to use the chat function. The app keyboard covered up the text box for the chat so I could not see what I was typing, so I was communicating with many typos. Additionally, the person on the phone could not verify whether my driver's license info would be encrypted on the app. Overall the whole process took 45 minutes longer than it should have.
