The owner was rude and acted as if he didn't know the price I had contracted for. He was very short with us. Threated to tow car. Added a charge to rental AFTER contract. Would not provide a receipt. Wanted us to purchase car wash and was upset when we declined. He has several bad reviews. He took up a great deal of time. He should be investigated and shut down. Negative 5 star rating. I wish I could get a refund.

Kalissa BHas to ride to the location to assure my reservation was confirmed due to inability to reach someone via phone nor received a return call. Didn’t like receiving a call from Uhaul 2 days before my reservation made a month ahead of my move that the pickup location changed. This is the second time this happened. Please do better about scheduling reservations.
