I pre-ordered moving pads. When I got to pick up they had none. I took pictures of fuel gauge and miles prior driving. At drop off time I put in fuel to the same spot it was at (took photo of that too) AND the guy charged me for extra fuel after that! There is no way I needed to be charged 35$ extra when I had put fuel in and matched the guage to the initial spot. There is two charges on my card when I should have only had one. When I called to speak to gas station, explained my concern, told me I was wrong, didnt want to see my pictures. I asked for a refund for the extra fuel and they hung up on me.

DAVID AIt was my first time using uhaul. I was supposed to get an extra 30km added as I had to go to a further location to get the truck as the place I originally was to get one, didnt have any. When I went to get mt deposit back, I didnt get it because of that, I also wasnt informed I had to put gas in the truck and got dinged for that as well and it ended up costing me 125 extra. Not happy. Im a single mom of 3 and soon to be 4, I cant afford mistakes like this and it wasnt at any fault of my own. Not happy.
