Improve the cleaning of the units. This time the sits were extremely dirty. Had to clean them in order to use the vehicle.

the milage you guys charge is very expensive the truck maybe cheap will never rent a truck again
WILLIAM GEnsure that reasonable advance notice is given to clients awaiting their rental pickups caused by delays/late drop offs from other clients utilizing the rentals. This can be achieved by allowing e.g 30min-60mins transition period between drop offs and pick ups.
MICHAEL JI came back talked to the guy , pulled up pictures I was below the same fuel. I offered to fill it up pumps were right there, and he said dont worry abou5 it , then charge me a 30 dollar fee for fucking pumping gas in it ? Fuckint stupid
