Not happy. Went to pickup a 10ft.truck and it was dirty. Went back in told him he went to look came back and replaced it with a 15ft. Great I said didn't charge me more. Went to the truck and it's only 1/4 of a tank full. I had to fill the truck before I left. 180.00 later I was leaving a hour late. The guy there was great but uhaul needs to improve on the trucks to be clean and fill by the people who rent it. I am asking uhaul to refund me money because I left the truck more then half full and for the inconvenience it caused.

Richard LRented open trailer #RT 2776A and both wheel bearing should be replaced. Both tires had play in them when you pushed on them and noticed some shimy in trailer when driving to my location. All else excellent as always.
