While the staff person at Town Centre was fantastic (friendly, helpful), the van that I picked up had a TPMS (tire pressure) warning light on and a message that both rear tires were low. I had reserved this van on Nov. 26th and picked it up on Nov. 5, so there should have been plenty of time for a UHaul person to have done a precheck on this vehicle. Since the storage facility staff couldn't address the tire problem, it cost me extra time and effort in bad weather to acquire a small compressor with a tire pressure gauge to fill the tires to an appropriate pressure. Turns out they were 20 psi below the recommended!!!! I also found out later this has been a chronic problem with this vehicle. UHaul techs have been called to this facility multiple times due to low pressure and they simply fill the tires but never fix the real issue. This is a liability issue!!! Correct tire pressure is very important for safety, especially in a MN winter where someone (like me) has to drive into very rural areas with facilities few and far between. Please do better for the sake of your equipment and your customers.

All was good but the app wouldn’t let me upload pictures of the truck while going through the instructions to pick up truck. When I took pic and hit keep pic, the app still showed option to skip so when I hit continue it said u still needed to take pics. Called cust service and nice girl had me email her the pics.

Deb HYou charged me for gas. Why would I bring it back without putting in gas? I put it exactly where it was when I picked it up. You should check your paper and issue me a refund.
Susan Swindow crank in my truck was broken. all good other than that. service was very good & efficient, much better than at other uhaul locations in the metro that i've experienced.
