When I made the reservation I declined safe move coverage and when I came to sign for another driver she added it back on. I did not want or need the coverage and don’t understand why it was added.

Andrew LThe U-Haul that I had booked was not available at pickup time. I was not informed of this prior to my pickup time. The site offered an alternative (larger) vehicle that I was not comfortable driving. I had inquired about uhauls $50 reservation guarantee, however, the location was unable to honor that guarantee. The person at the desk was kind, so that was a plus, however, I’m disappointed in the company’s lack of upholding their own standards
