The U-Haul that I had booked was not available at pickup time. I was not informed of this prior to my pickup time. The site offered an alternative (larger) vehicle that I was not comfortable driving. I had inquired about uhauls $50 reservation guarantee, however, the location was unable to honor that guarantee. The person at the desk was kind, so that was a plus, however, I’m disappointed in the company’s lack of upholding their own standards

The service was bad.
Arun NThe receptionist was not very friendly. I think i woke her up when I walked in. She didn't inform me about taking a photo of the license plate and did not see it until my way back.
