Provide more equipment at this location. The downtown Greenville location closes early and has far more equipment than needed judging by what was left . Also allow for after hours pick up with trailers. And educate your customer service center personnel that you don't dispatch trailers like you do trucks. Also when arranging a pickup time don't list times that are not available. Very happy that it was possible to use the location we used. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our rental.
