Grubby gas station. Attendant was pleasant and efficient. Location was very convenient for me.
CLIFTON DDidn’t need any help from anyone as far as drop off. The process was easy.
REBECCA HNo communication, store hours posted were wrong, was left waiting almost an hour (at drop off) to get support on where to drop off keys. Apparently the store was closed. After two phone calls to customer support and searching the entire parking lot was Finally told at this location they do not have a drop off location for keys. Additionally was told the dolly I ordered wasn't available and they had removed the charge however they gave me a small cart and did not remove the charge as promised. After a LONG day of moving and returning the vehicle according to schedule given, waiting an additional amount of time with no contact or information was extremely unprofessional and unprepared.
