SIL picked up, and insurance was added to charges. Not sure how that was communicated.

No issues with this location. Scheduling never contacted me. I ended up having to contact them to find a truck multiple times and they didn't have the correct info on pickup or drop off.

Brett CThe hook up location didn't hook up the trailer to my truck or check to make sure it was correctly hooked up. Not the best way for a person if I didn't know how to perform those tasks. The drop off person went above and beyond being helpful to allow us to drop it off at an unattended lot.
