I used after hours drop off so can't comment on several of the questions so I had to answer no. I did have a problem with the return app which directed me to another drop off location after I confirmed this location with an agent before arriving.

LISA HA frequent renter program where you can grab a trailer and go, the same thing you do with the trucks. Liability waivers for anyone who picks up after normal business hours.

PETER HDrop-off after hours (on a Sunday), so no personnel were present. The app is pretty good, but wasn't able to get through all the steps, so I just left the key in the drop-box. No problem, though; easily done.
