Drop-off after hours (on a Sunday), so no personnel were present. The app is pretty good, but wasn't able to get through all the steps, so I just left the key in the drop-box. No problem, though; easily done.

The 15' truck had two leaks one at each corner of the roof at the front of "mom's attic". I was not told about that when I picked up the truck. I discovered it after a rainy night packing the truck. When I returned the truck I told the agent the leak and the everything that had been pack in "mom's attic" was wet, he said oh, sorry. I 've tried to have it fixed a couple of times. I was at lease expecting a discount for the damages the leak caused. But no. The office is a pig pen and disgusting. Farkas uhaul license to operate should be revoked.
