I booked the rental over a month in advance to ensure I would be able to pick up at the location I requested. When U-Haul called to confirm the rental, they changed the pick up to a location 45 minutes away. When I arrived, the rental was missing the equipment I requested and the mobile app didn’t work, which delayed our scheduled another 45 minutes. Why ask where you want to pick up and what equipment you need if they’re not going to provide either of those services.
