The truck I rented was simply deplorable. Not just filthy in the interior of cabin but also the box. 160,000 tires miles. Loud, transmission straining to shift gears. How it’s not retired is mind boggling. Do better!

Carol BEasy drop-off. Nice and responsive team. In a local gym, so no waiting area for Uhaul people but I sat on a workout bench while waiting to be checked out.
Giselle CThis location has some very shady practices. We only drove 9.2 miles but they charged for 50 miles and added a protection plan that we did not sign up for. They did not do a walk around of the equipment when we checked it out and when we returned it. There was no record of the mileage on the equipment when we received it or when we checked it back in and they arbitrarily charged for 50 miles. We contacted U-Haul twice regarding this issue but they never responded.
