I continue to rent trucks 2-3 times per month and have no plan to change except to increase my rentals as my business grows. Great location that is open much longer hours than others and equipment is always ready to go when I need it!
Dennis MThis receipt is completely wrong. For example, there are charges for a dolly that I did not use, the insurance was $15 and not $30, and there are other fake/false charges as well. I tried calling the U-Haul people at Rocky's but no answer. I will continue to try. But in the meantime, I would like to speak to someone at U-Haul for discussion and before I publicly post my experience (truck was great, phony charges were awful). Hoping to speak with someone at U-Haul today.
